Book a 30-minute scoping call, send a message, or reach out via WhatsApp. No obligation. If mediation is not right for your situation, you will know before you spend a penny.
The fastest way to find out whether mediation is appropriate for your dispute. We talk through what has happened, where things stand, and what a resolution might look like. You leave knowing whether mediation makes sense — and if it does, you get a fixed-fee quote on the spot.
No preparation required. No legal advice given or received. Just an honest conversation.
Not ready to book a call? Send a brief message and we will follow up within one business day to discuss whether mediation is appropriate and what the process looks like.
I am based in Windlesham, Surrey. In-person mediation is available across Surrey and Greater London — and by arrangement further afield. All services are also available online via video conferencing, which works as effectively as in-person for the vast majority of disputes.
Scoping calls are available on weekdays, and evenings and weekends by arrangement. Flexibility is the point — a scoping call should not require taking a day off work.
Many people delay contacting a mediator because they are not sure if the situation is serious enough, or because they think they need to have their position fully worked out before speaking to anyone.
Neither is true. The scoping call is designed precisely for situations where you are not yet sure whether mediation is appropriate. That is what it is for. Early contact — before positions harden, before proceedings are issued, before solicitors are instructed — is almost always better.
You do not need a solicitor to contact a mediator. You do not need to have documentation prepared. You need five minutes to describe the situation and thirty minutes to have an honest conversation about it.
The call is free. There is no obligation. If mediation is not right, I will tell you. If it is, you leave with a clear picture of what happens next.
